By Jan. 13th or 14th I hadn't received or heard anything so I called and talked to a wonderful Customer Service Rep by the name of Samantha. She checked on my order and found it hadn't been sent. She said it was delayed because of a shipping problem from the manufacturer. Apparently it had come in because she arranged for it to be shipped out the next day. Luckily it arrived in time so as not to delay our project. I felt I should have been notified of the delay without having to call.
