Olga promised a return call within an hour. Supervisor was unavailable but would issue the return authorization by close of business. No calls returns. No return authorization. It's a customer service black hole. Should have read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau web site. My experience mirrors all of those complaints. The item I received was not new. KBA is a scam retailer. Had to dispute the charge on my credit card and return the item without an authorization number. Hassle and inconvenience aren't worth the minimal savings. Should have paid more to go somewhere else from the very beginning. Horrible experience. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Update: 2 hours after posting this review KBA forwarded return authorization information AND offered me money to remove the post! No wonder there's no negative reviews here. See PissedConsumer and the BBB sites for comments reflective of the real service KBA provides. They also refused the package I had already sent back by the time they finally gave me return information. Shady, unethical and poor quality. "

I did and they did. I called to check on the status of the delivery date for the sink and the young man that I talked to was very helpful.
