"I have contacted the company several times on this issue.

I placed an order for two Pulse Shower Systems. That same day, I found out I could not use them as they are illegal in California. I called and cancelled the order.

As it turns out they duplicated my order and sent the items anyway.

They are not accepting their error and crediting my credit card and arranging for the return of the items.

I am not contacting my credit card company as well as other ways to resolve this issue.

I have done research on the company and I have discovered that their are a lot of complaints.

In the shipping confirmation email, I found out that my package was delivered to a total wrong address.
Then I called the customer service, an very impatient lady picked up the call, and after let me wait for 10 minutes, she finally said it was their fault.
But since she cannot get contact with their warehouse, she just hanged up on me.

"Buying something like a bath vanity on line goes against my better judgement; but, I received a surprise, as my unit came to me exactly as promised. The shipping container was more than adaquate and protected my vanity allowing no damage, inspire of foot prints on the top where a individual had used it to walk on. I was also surprised as it arrived a day early.

"I ordered a bathroom vanity that I absolutely loved and my husband and I did not move into our house until recently and that is when we put everything together. The shelves were missing and I emailed kbauthority and still have not heard back from them. The quality of the product is great but the fact that our order was incomplete is a deal breaker. We thought of purchasing more products from kbauthority but we won't be doing so after this."

"I placed an order by phone because of my traveling situation and questions about the product. The person on the phone was very helpful and helped me make sure I had the right parts. I am remodeling a bathroom in Mexico and had to have the parts in my hand by 8/25, given that I was traveling to Mexico to deliver the parts on 8/26. I ordered the parts on 8/17. He absolutely assured me the parts would be in my hands 'in plenty of time.' I asked if I should even pay for expedited shipping. No need, was the response. I received a shipping notification on 8/21 (Friday) saying the package wasn't going to be delivered until the 26th. I wrote an email to the customer service rep who helped me and never even received a response. Guess what, the parts showed up on 8/26, after I left for my trip. If you have a deadline, give yourself plenty of time. I had to purchase alternative parts in Mexico because these didn't arrive in time. I am very disappointed and feel let down."

"I came across this website while searching for sinks for our kitchen remodel. I ordered from them because the prices were competitive and it was free shipping. When I received the sinks I realized they did not come with strainerss so went back on the site to see if they were supposed to be included. I then realized that the two sinks I ordered a few days earlier were $100 less now. I called and was later e-mailed back by the representative I had spoken to that they could not adjust the prices for me as they got the new batch of sinks for less $. I then asked if they could at least wave the $15 handling fee for the strainers I needed to order since I thought they would have bee included and would have ordered with the sinks otherwise. I was e-mailed back that they could not wave the charge, but if I wanted to place another order in the future they may be able to give me a break on the price. Well this made no sense to me since I was trying to place another order for the strainers and I decided to take my business elsewhere and get the rest of the accessories I needed elsewhere.
