"What a pleasure to work with a company that actually does what they are supposed to do. After reading some reviews I was a little hesitant but then when you are spending thousands of dollars on your home Reno saving on kitchen and bathroom fixtures is very well needed. The kitchen items I ordered since I called KBAuthority and asked if they were in stock and how fast I can get the items so I quickly placed an order and within 2 days I have my items at my door step. After my first order went perfectly smoothly I decided to tackle the second order which was for my bathroom project.

Since I'm not an expert at this and I needed some guidance I called KBAuthority. The gentleman was very kind and patient I think we spent an hour on the phone just looking at different options and setting up different bathrooms. Not only was he my sales rep I felt like I had my own designer there with me. We ordered a Fresca vanity that is just perfect this had to go by truck and we ordered Hansgrohe fixtures for the shower. Right away I was told Hansgrohe items are special order and were 7-10 days. The lead time was fine and before it shipped Customer service called me asked if I was ready for delivery.

The day after delivery the rep called me and asked if I received everything and if I was happy. Well I definitely am I have never had such a great experience with a company and so glad to finally find this treasure. "

"Absolute terrible service. We placed the order on line, and was told it wouldn't be ship for 7-10 business days. It was a large order as well, over $5,000 worth of bathroom fixtures. After a month and a half with no word at all, I called up to find out where my stuff was. Amazingly, they were just getting it in the next day and would be ready to ship out the day after. Seems like an odd coincidence that as soon as I call and inquire they suddenly have all the stuff ready to ship.

So I schedule the delivery for a few days later when someone will be home to accept delivery. These are all small boxes with faucets and shower heads, etc. KBAuthority is aware the order is shipping to a residence, not a business. The truck pulls up with a wrapped pallet and asks my sister in law, who was accepting the delivery, where the pallet jack is. Why would we have a pallet jack? Had to fight with the driver to get him to unload the items by hand. (About 14 small boxes).

Then find out that one item is wrong. Send pictures of the item, get a return authorized for exchange and send it back. 3 weeks later no word from them on where the replacement is. I call customer service, explain what I need, and get hung up on. Call back and get the rudest person I've ever dealt with. They give me this whole run around on why my item hasn't shipped yet. They've literally had my item for 3 weeks and did nothing til I called. Now they tell me they won't be able to ship out the replacement for another month. That means, if the item arrives when promised, which I doubt, this simple exchange will have taken 2 1/2 months.

KBAuthority does have cheap prices. But please be aware, you will pay in other ways. They are so rude and frustrating to deal with. I have very little confidence my order will ever be completed. I've called with questions and been hung up on more than once. They offer no assistance and seems like their strategy is to just frustrate you to the point of just giving up.

I am a contractor, and can guarantee I will NEVER use them again, nor will I ever refer them to any of my clients who always ask me for recommendations on where to purchase their kitchen and bath fixtures. "

"Terrible service. I ordered a Fleurco rough in drain one month before the install date. After four weeks with no drain, I e-mailed and asked the order to be canceled. Of course I received the shipping notice the next day. When the package arrived, we opened it and found a $25 PVC Oatey drain instead of the $300 Fleurco drain that I ordered. I asked customer service how long it would take to get me the correct part and was told that they would not ship the correct drain until they had received and restocked the incorrect one that they had sent. I hung up called another supplier and had the drain I needed the next day for $100 less. My advice is to do business with kbauthority at your own risk."

"I ordered a new shower door. The online ordering process was simple enough, but the delivery process not so much. I ordered the shower door on November 26th. Today is December 12th and it has still not arrived. We leave town for the holidays on the 14th; unfortunately, it will still not be here.

The most frustrating part is that the door has actually arrived in the town where we live. It got here yesterday. I called to ask if they could have it delivered before we leave town, but they cannot. The truck will not be unloaded until Monday. Then they have paperwork to process. So we will be gone before it can be delivered.

Making this even more frustrating, I called KBAuthority to inquire about this potential problem shortly after I ordered the shower door. I was told that it would not be a problem. Not to worry, the door would definitely arrive before we left town. Needless to say, I am disappointed with this entire process."

"Terrific experience. I ordered a Robern Vanity and Medicine cabinet and they were packaged perfectly and arrived in just 2 days from the day I ordered. I would definitely recommend shopping at KBAuthority. I called customer service before placing the order as I had a question on the differences between the the two vanities . The customer service agent was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the differences so I could make my decision. "Ordered a Delta faucet with soap dispenser for my new kitchen. I saw how unreasonable the return policy was so I skipped ordering a water purifier that I wasn't certain would match. Unfortunately due to my constant back and forth on the website with the tiny drop-down menus, I ordered chrome instead of stainless and didn't notice. At the time we were ready to install, I noticed the mistake. Not able to live without a faucet for the week or so it would take to get the correct one shipped from KB, I checked another online retailer to see if it would be available for 2 day delivery. Sure enough, there it was, significantly cheaper too. Due to the flat-out extortionist restocking fee, it is costing me $80+ dollars (plus return shipping) to learn my lesson not to shop here again. "I have replaced old Washlet Toto Zoe with this new Toto C200 elongated. Installation was straight forward. But comfort of sitting on the seat is not as comfortable as my old Zoe because of much small seat. Very difficult to find right button on remote control unless bathroom is brightly lit. Old Zoe had 2 big buttons and I could press right one with my eyes closed."

"I came upon KBAuthority when I was looking for an online retailer for Robern bathroom cabinets. Although initially concerned about a number of the negative reviews, I checked out the company and read the product purchase Terms and Conditions, located on the website, and then decided to proceed with my order. KBA kept me informed of the progress, as they do not keep Robern cabinets in stock. This was a custom order, which added time to the overall ordering process. It took roughly 6 weeks from order placement to product receipt at my door. When the order was ready for shipment, KBA provided a FedEx tracking number, and then later, FedEx contacted me one day in advance to inform me of the delivery window of time. The boxes (I ordered 2 cabinets) arrived in great shape! I had 48 hours to inspect the contents and report any damage. Please note - the inspection process is thoroughly explained in the previously mentioned Terms and Conditions. The T and Cs will vary according to the delivery method used. My Robern cabinets were packed securely and arrived in perfect condition. Although somewhat expensive (Robern products have great features and quality), I still saved quite a bit of money purchasing this product through KBA when compared to what it would have cost me through a SF Bay supplier. I will absolutely use KBA for future purchases. "
