"I can not complain about the Hansgrohe products I purchased, but I will never buy from them again. It took four weeks for my merchandise to arrive and I'm still waiting for a refund for an item that they claimed was no longer manufactured by Hansgrohe, which was the farthest from the truth. After Three weeks of no shipping information, I attempted to contact them and could not reach them during normal working hours. Every phone went straight to voice mail. I then called my credit company to dispute the entire charge. When I finally tried reached someone after about two hours, I decided I wanted to cancel the order and they informed me there would be a 25% restocking fee since the product had been shipped from the manufacturer to their warehouse. Their return and cancellation policy I believe is misleading. Any reasonable person would accept the fact that a 25% restocking fee applies if you actually receive the merchandise. I finally received my merchandise, but still have not received the refund on the supposed no longer manufactured goods. I was informed by KB Authority that could not issue a refund as long as there is a dispute on the charge. I contacted my credit card company and this is not true.

I found the representative that I was dealing with rude and condescending. I don't need to be asked "didn't you read the terms and conditions" since it's all spelled out there and then she made the some comment along the lines of she always reads the complete terms and conditions before ordering anything of the internet.

Their prices might be good, but beware of their customer service. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learned."

Took almost a month to receive and I actually think the order was lost in the system and I may not have received if I didn't contact KBAuthority directly. Called, left voicemail and had to email to receive response. Not an 'above-and-beyond, we'll make it better' response, just a 'here's the shipping info now that we've shipped it' response. I actually appreciate the ease of ordering online and the shipment delivery when it did arrive. "This was our first time ordering from KB Authority and we are extremely pleased with the service we received. They offered the best price we could find. No one local could match it and the free shipping was just icing on the cake. We placed an order for a Franke kitchen sink with accessories and also a Kraus kitchen faucet. The order was placed late in the evening on 9/15. Everything arrived, much to our surprise, on the morning of 9/17.

I would buy again, but ONLY if I was sure the product is exactly what we want and will fit, because what I've read about their restocking fee and return policy is not the greatest. Know this BEFORE placing your order. We knew the sink we ordered would fit, as would the faucet, so we went ahead with our order. We had other items but did not order from KB Authority even though their price was better because we were not 100% sure that any of them would not need returning. Turns out, none did, but we didn't want to take the chance dealing with restocking fees or hassles returning so we paid a little more elsewhere just to be safe. "

I called twice to get the status and was told the items were on back order. Nobody called to tell me this and the website did NOT say the items were out of stock.
