"I'm torn about how to rate this reseller. I had to cancel my original order made earlier in the day and change it to a different size. Their online tool accepted my cancellation of my first order. The next day I see the canceled order and the new one will be shipped shortly! I enter a trouble ticket, telling them to stop shipment of the canceled order. The tool says someone will contact me in 24 hours. No one does. I log on, see my trouble ticket, but when I click on it, it says no such trouble ticket found. I re-enter the trouble ticket but also receive no call. So the 2nd order shows up (fast shipment and cheap price). I now am dreading that the original order will show up. BTW, their tool says both products are still scheduled to be shipped, but give no tracking info. It's funny that I receive one product but the online tool says it hasn't shipped yet. I guess I'm happy, but their online support sucks. I'll become unhappy if the canceled order shows up."
"This is a review of the first time I dealt with Keenzo, when through a fault that has yet to be established who was responsible, the customer service folks went above and beyond and ate a substantial (more than $30) price difference between what was published on the web site and what the actual cost of the flashlight was instead of making me pay for it. It is rare to have decent , never mind outstanding customer service these days, and I will continue to patronize Keenzos. Lloyd Evans"

"At first I was impressed by their service - I received a phone call the day after ordering to let me know that the monitor I was purchasing was not new as stated on the site, and was actually refurbished. They wanted to know if I still wanted it. I asked them if it still had all the accessories, and if it had a manufacturer's warranty. They let me know it did have everything, and that it had a 1 year manufacturer's warranty instead of 3. It was a very low price, so I said I still wanted it.
I got it fairly quickly, and it was as described. I have another of the same monitor already, and was getting the second for a dual monitor setup. The new monitor's DVI would not work, in that it would not detect that monitor when connected via DVI when first booting up. The only way I could get it to work is by connecting the old monitor to the DVI port first, starting up, then switching the cable over to the new monitor. After speaking with Viewsonic, they determined the monitor was faulty and should be replaced.
Unfortunately, this is where things went poor. Viewsonic looked up the monitor and said the warranty had expired earlier in September, and did not carry the warranty that keenzo had said it did. They pointed me back to keenzo to have it replaced. I opened a support ticket with keenzo 17 days ago and have not heard back yet. The support ticket still has the status of "New" on their site, and has no replies.
Luckily, I was able to find a way to force which monitors were connected to my system, and use the EDID downloaded from my good monitor to force the new one to work on DVI, with some extra steps.
Overall it worked out mostly OK for me in the end, but I was let down by the description of the product as well as the non-response to my support ticket with keenzo. I wouldn't order from them again."
