"Product was ordered on 1/27/09, price was competitive, but as always, you get what you pay for, terrible service.

Forward to 2/26/09, no delivery, no product and no message from keenzo.

So I called keenzo, spent about 30 minutes on hold, spoke to three people, to be told that the product was unavailable. There was no explanation why I hadn't been notified and no explanation how I would have found out.

Sure they apologized, but of course, now the item is only available at a higher price. They have told me they will refund my PayPal account.

Buyer beware. I would not plan to use keenzo again.

"I have not had the best experience with this vendor, they are using a drop shipper and the package they sent me got damaged by FedEx so it took them almost two weeks to send me another screen and that is with me calling them almost every day. Pete."

"I have purchase couple of outdoor packs from Maxpedition with great price and I agree with the posting here about Keenzo fast shipping. Now 10+ day in to the purchase I want to return these items because I dislike the color and don't feel comfortable when carrying it. I like the products and price on Keenzo site and willing to return back in exchange for store credit for future purchase. But all I get is a RMA number with no return address. I never deal with a store that offer you an RMA number but without an address to ship back to. What is the deal here? From reading the reviews on this site it seems it is doubtful I can mail this out before the 20 day return limit. I can understand if your system is back date do to large volume in return requests or what not. But we "shouldn't" be hold accountable if we pass the 20 days return limit. I think as long as we requested a RMA from your company before the 20 days limited Keenzo should honor our request, even if it get ship out after the 20 days limited because it is not our problem for the delay.

Update 2/23: I got an from Keenzo on 2/18 asking if the product was open or not. Replied that same day. Until now I still have no return address or any other email regarding to my RMA. Today is 23rd and according to their 20 days return policy this is my last day. If it still don't get any email from Keenzo with a return address by the end of this week or if they try to say I have passed their return day limited. Then it is safe to say they are trying to scam us on returns.

Update 3/2/09 - I just received an email from Keenzo with a return address. And it also stated that I have 20 days time limit to return the order to this warehouse. In the email the this 20 days start on the day of this email which is very reasonable. So now let wait and see what the turn around wait for my refund.

Update 03/06/09 Return items have arrived to there stated warehouse. Hope the wait for the refund is faster then the RMA process.

"Dealing with Keenzo was a breeze. I did need to call them to verify a few things and I got someone on the phone easily each time. My order was shipped quickly. I did extensive price research for my order - $1000 in rolled paper for a large format printer. - I went through about 25 online stores including Amazon and Buy. After the product, shipping and taxes, Keenzo was about 10% cheaper than the next company. They were more than 50% cheaper than most of the companies. I buy a lot of paper for my business (ExhibitArtPrints.com), this allows me to keep my prices low for my customers."

"Item ordered, was out of stock. Received email stating this, and told to reply to email to cancel. I did this and found the item elsewhere. The item then arrived unexpectedly about 2 weeks later. Applied for RMA online, told to wait for an email giving info on where to return. Waited, no email. Called customer service, told to keep waiting. Email arrived 2/2, but no address. Turns out this is the first email, and basically says to wait for the second email. Still no second email, a week later. I have sent two unanswered emails since then, asking for help and instructions. So I continue to wait...

I have dealt with many (over a dozen) online merchants and have never had an experience even remotely resembling this. Keenzo sets a new standard for crappy customer service and hastle-ridden returns. And this return is due to Keenzo's error to begin with -- I asked for the item to be cancelled when it was first backordered and never should have received it.

Simply put, Keenzo's service has been absolutely terrible, the worst I have yet to encounter. I will never do business with them again and strongly encourage anyone reading this to stay far away from them. If you get your item and have no problems, everything's great, and those are where the positive reviews come from. If you need to make a return, you're screwed, and there are plenty of negative reviews documenting the consistently poor support you'll receive (or not receive,actually!)

There are simply too many great merchants with top-notch customer service to have to put up with this. The power of a website like this is that you are able to avoid bad merchants like Keenzo and vote with your dollar. I wish I had checked here before placing my order.

ADDENDUM: Received my second email today (2/12) giving me instructions on where to send item. I'll keep you posted as to when I actually see a refund. Interesting coincidence that my email arrived the day this review went up.

2/20/09: My refund posted to my credit card. The ordeal is over! At least now we know that it is possible to return an item to Keenzo, however convoluted the process may be. Sorry, but I still wouldn't order from them again.

"Keenzo claims they are keen on service. That's a joke. This company has no idea what customer service is or how to implement it.

I purchased a TrendNet router from them on 1-21-09. When the item arrived I tried numerous times to get it to work with my system to no avail. I gave up and tried to get an RMA for a refund.

I logged onto Keenzo's site and requested an RMA. An RMA number was issued but no shipping address. I got a canned response from them apologizing for the malfunctioning product. I waited for a shipping address but never received one.

Again I emailed them and they opened a ticket for customer service. When you click on this link it does not recognize the open ticket. So in essence I'm stuck with a product I cannot use and cannot return for a refund.

Keenzo makes it impossible to send back merchandise. They apparently are only interested in collecting your money and if something goes awry so what? I've tried in vain but no response. They try to wait you out and hope you give up within their 20 day period for issuing an RMA.

I'm wondering how does a company like this continue to do business. As long as you are not trying to get a refund it's great. But when a problem arises messages just fall on deaf ears. I'll never be duped by them again. I have learned a very valuable lesson.


Followup Message: 2-12-2009

After I posted this review Keenzo finally sent RMA information very apologetically. They also included a prepaid FedEx shipping label in PDF format. I've packed up the merchandise and shipped it to the destination address and replied to their email with tracking number to expedite the refund.

Now I'll wait and see what happens. I'm still reluctant to use this company again since they don't seem to be very forthcoming with information.

"I had been looking for this item for awhile and didnt want to pay retail from manufacturer.Most of the online stores said they had carried it but was out of stock.Even tried local shops not available so I kept searching online calling every one that said in-stock on their site(alot lied and item wasnt available).Thats how I found Keenzo not only did they have in-stock but 46% less than retail.Ship right out and arrived in perfect condition.Cant ask for anything more, Keenzo just got themselves a returning customer and I recommend this online store based on the experience I had shopping here."

"Fantastic seller. Ordered 2/3 and got the item on 2/5. I received the item faster than I got the automatic "shipped" update on my item! Huge selection and amazing prices. Got an item for $7 that would otherwise cost me about $15 in the store.

"Keenzo makes impossible to return defective products and that seems to be their regular policy. After receiving DOA product I've requested and RMA.
An RMA # 2628 was provided after about 2 weeks but no shipping address which still remains the mystery. I've send few emails and no response and talked to customer service few times but nobody wwould give or email shipping address. During my last conversation Laura showed a great sense of humor and informed me that RMA was void because I've not shipped the product back. End result I'm stuck with defective phone and no place to return it.

"Keenzo Electronics has to be the WORST company I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I placed an order on Dec. 12 and paid for 3 day shipping. On December 22 when I still did not have my order, I sent and email asking for status. 2 days went by with no response so i called to ask for status. I was told by a very unkowledgeable person that she did not know when they would ship but that she had sent an email to the supplier and would get back to me. 3 more days, no response. So needless to say, I did not get the items in time for Christmas has planned. Sent another email, 3 days, still no response so on January 2nd I call again. I am told there is still no answer from the supplier but they will send them another email. At this point, I ask for my order to be canclled and my credit card (which should have never been charged until things shipped but WAS) to be credited immediately. I am told then that I can not cancel the order because they are not sure if it shipped or not. I think ask to speak to a customer service manager, a women get on the line and after explaining it all AGAIN, she says OK consider your order cancelled and we will credit your credit card. By now I have ordered the items elsewhere and already recieved the items I needed. BUT then on Jan. 15th, I get the order from Keenzo. I call them and tell them to send a pick-up slip as I do not want these items and they still need to credit my credit card. They assure me an RMA number will be sent to me via email as well as a pickup tag and my credit card will be credited. It is now the 28th of January and still no RMA, still no refund and now no one even answers the phone. THESE ARE THE WORST PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND I WOULD DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Nice response below but still does not solve the problem...again on 1/28 I was promised I would have an RMA# by Thursday--well its Friday and no surprise--no RMA#...still hoping

Unbelievably, it is not Feb 10 and STILL NO REFUND. I was FINALLy sent the RMA on 2/2 and told that as soon as I sent them the tracking umber to show the product had been returned I would get an immediate response. Again, this promise from Laura the office manager. On 2/5 I sent the tracking number and requested a reply to my email to confirm the refund. no surprise--no email. I called AGAIN today 2.10 and was put on hold for 13 minutes only to finaly speak to Laura and have her tell me "Oh, this was nothandled the way it should have been. I will issue your refund now". We'll see if by some miracle they follow through this time. SPREAD THE WORD to anyone you know, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY unless you like torture in customer service.
