"My order is marked as "Shipped" but I have not received my full order as invoiced and paid. I ordered 28 of one book and received 9. I ordered 28 of a second book and received 19.

Since these numbers add up to 28 (9+19) it is possibly a harmless error by shipping, BUT I have called and I do not get a response, even when customer service says that they will call me back. I have left two requests for shipping and tracking and I have not had a response. I have left one request for Customer Service and I have not had a response. I have left one request for Order Problems and I have not had a response.

I am owed $233.65 in materials.

I have read Keenzo responses on resellerratings.com and I have done all that they have said to do. I have talked to their customer service who said, "Whoops, our computers went down two minutes ago. I'll call you right back", but there is no call. I have asked on the last two request for a call, and I have given a daytime number so that they could reach me, but there has been no call.

Finally, on 2/10 I receive a call and a refund is coming, confirmed by email on 2/13. It is there in my account, but since 2/10 I have received 24 book. I am only 4 short of my original order, but now I owe Keenzo about $216. If only I can contact them to pay them back.

"Short story:
-Don't trust their green "In Stock" labels
-Support tickets are non responsive. You must call them long distance.
-They don't refund shipping on items that don't ship and are canceled

Long story:
I ordered a PYD-1918 mixer and some cables from Keenzo on Jan 15th. The mixer and cables all showed a green "In Stock" label. I received ONE tracking number on Jan 17th. As estimated by FedEx, the shipment arrived on schedule Jan 21st. However, I received TWO packages which contained the cables for the mixer. Less that 30 minuets after the packages arrived, I issued a support request asking if the mixer had shipped. I waited TWO days for a response and received nothing. I called up their customer service (Jan 23rd) and they said the mixer was on BACK ORDER and I canceled the shipment of the mixer. The next business day (26th), they said they would refund the price of the mixer. However, they did not refund the shipping difference when the mixer is not included in an order ($18.79-$10.55=$8.24). I have issued a support ticket for additional refund. The mixer is still show with the green "In Stock" label as of the writing of this post (Jan 26th).

1/30/09 update:
After posting this review (Jan 26th), the mixer changed to an out of stock status and I received a phone call saying they would refund the shipping difference. They said it was their mistake for not refunding the shipping. I have received the refund for the mixer on my credit card but am still waiting to receive the refund for shipping (as of 1/30/09).

"I ordered an NX-RM505 Universal Remote on Saturday 1/17 and it arrived on Tuesday 1/20. Mind you, there was a Sunday and a holiday (MLK Day) in that span and it still showed up that fast. Pretty darn good. And cheap too!"

"This website is awesome i order it on a sunday, thinking that usp and fedex dont ship on sundays so monday i knew it wouldnt be here, so i was thinking about thursday. Soon enough its tuesday and on my front door. CRAZY FAST! haha i deffinatly recommended this website and all there products. A+ "

"Product shipped and was received with out hassle. However, the item is defective. Have sent two emails to Keenzo with no response. I'm sure they'll be asking me to call them with the other responses that I've seen here. If that's the case then you should not provide a way to email and only offer a phone number.

So, if you read this, you need to contact me.

That's interesting that you have been trying to contact me for 3 days. Why not just reply to my request for an RMA? It's also extremely interesting that you had so much trouble but I got an RMA email, an email saying that you have been trying to call me and a phone call all in the same day. You should know that you won't ship with out a phone number. So why couldn't you call me? This website has served me well. If I hadn't posted bad press here, I'd still be sending you emails waiting for my RMA. By the way, I returned a phone call today to a line that just rang and rang. We're in the 21st century. No voicemail???

"Having never ordered from Keenzo before, my choice was based entirely on price. The positive reviews of the company certainly helped, but the price was so low I would have ordered from them anyway.

The merchandise (blank Minidiscs) was excruciatingly cheap with free shipping (the entire order had to be less than their cost to ship it) so I was expecting to be rather low priority. What I got was updates on the site of the status of the order within the company *before* they shipped it as well as the tracking number with FedEx. Not that it mattered much--the order arrived so quickly I barely had time to track it. And it arrived in perfect condition.

While I have never talked to an actual person there, I have reviewed the Minidiscs I bought--and I received a personalized response that showed someone had actually read the review rather than just sending a boiler-plate response.

In just a couple of weeks, Keenzo has gone from a company I'd never heard of to the first place I check when shopping online...

"I ordered a knife and knife sharpeners. I ordered my knife and sharpeners on Jan 9th, and Im still waiting today for it, Jan 15th. Website said it was sent to warehouse 6 days it said that (which to me seemed like there were not going to ship it out.) I tried to get a hold of customer service but there phones are always busy. they never answer there emails or update my order on there website but i guess they have time to update every thing else on there website like the prices. but finally today Jan 15th I got a hold of Robin. She told me the knife was out of stock (but in stock at the time I oredred it) and it was being shipped today 1-15-09. She was very helpful, I got the answer I needed, the only thing I need yet is the tracking numbers. Which I hope they email me when the order ships.then she emailed me a $5 coupon which I'll probably never use. This company likes to take your money from your card or paypal the next day and with out seeing if the stuff you order in stock or out of stock if its out of stock they stil take it out. they never email you if it is out of stock you have to give them a bad rating for them to answer ther phone or they will call u seeing why you gave them a bad rating. I'll give another update review when i get my order next week.

(UPDATE)1/17/09 fedex tracking numbers that keenzo provided me are invalid numbers called fedex they said invalid numbers fedex was more helpful then keenzo they answered the phone. I buy almost all my goods on line for 10 years now and this is the worst company ever did business with I guess they like lieing to you. If I don't get what I orderd by end of the week I'm calling the NY better business bureau. now if she just told me that it was really out of stock and i would have to wait on it unil jan 27 before they can send it out like she said at first on the phone instead of try to make me happy and say it was in stock and was being sent out the day I called them (jan 15th)how can they lie and just send some fedex numbers on top of it. I bet when I try to call monday they don't answer the phone (caller ID) at its best. on top of that my shipping status saids on there site shipped out on 1/10/09 I'm updating this at the end of the week (Gene if this the only way we can get a hold of you did they ship out everything in my order? or just the stuff that was not on back order?) and why on your site shipping date status say shipped out on 1/10/09)

"Keenzo: "Keen on Service"

This company has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! They're phone will ring and ring and ring and then they will ask you to provide an extension or press "0." When you press "0" it asks you to provide an extension or press "0." They do not return emails. They make the returns process laughable. I would rather a monkey give me a lobotomy than order from Keenzo again.

***UPDATE***
In response to Keenzo's comment, I invite anyone to dial this number ***-***-**** and see what happens. It rings about 20, then asks "Please enter your party's extension. If you do not know your party's extension, press 00." When you do so, it repeats the same message until it says "We're sorry, no one is available. Call again.", and disconnects you.

It would be more beneficial to actually fix company problems rather than lie to dissatisfied customers on resellerratings. Keep up the good work.

"Ordered an hdmi cable on Dec 27th. I never got any type of email from them so on Jan. 7th I emailed them, no response. I called and they said the item was out of stock and they didnt know when they would have it. They are supposed to be refunding my paypal, we'll see if that happens. Beware of these guys, poor support via email and they do not keep track of their inventory."

"The team down at Keenzo were very professional and prompt with dealing with my purchase. The item was here before I expected and the wasn't a single discrepancy with the order. "I was looking for a particular part for my sailboat, and performed my usual Google search to find a reseller. One of the hits was for Keenzo, so I proceeded to review what they had to offer. Their price was very competitive and the shipping cost was reasonable, so I placed the order through their easy-to-use secure shopping cart. I immediately received an email confirmation. Several days later I received a status update with a link to track my shipment.

The product arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly what I had ordered. I am very happy with my experience with Keenzo, and will be placing another order with them this week.

"While the product arrived quickly, it arrived DOA. I tried to get Keenzo to give me an RMA, but they insisted that I had to have the manufacturer fix it. Nonsense - they can't sell a non-working product and then make me send it in for refurbishment. The product was not listed as is, but that it had been previously refurbished and working. They are responsible for their sales, not the manufacturer. "

"Very, very dissastified with this company. I ordered 2 remote controlled cars (one being the main Christmas present for my 6 year old) on 12 December. I even called before placing the order on line to check they were in stock. To date I have not received the items nor an explanation nor a refund. I have been constantly contacting this company (both by opening tickets and by telephone) since the order was placed - initially to try and ensure delivery before Christmas and now just to get either the items or a refund. Apart from all the hassle in dealing with Keenzo I have been astounded at how no-one in Customer Service can give me an answer - when can I expect delivery? Or if you don't have them to send where's my money? Today the excuse was that the 'system' was down so they 'can't get into my order'.
I await their answer (again) and my son is still hoping that he will get the ONE thing he asked for for Christmas.
Will not use this company again and will STRONGLY advise others not to.
UPDATE - 1/14/09 - Following this and a complaint to the CEO I was told that I would receive a full refund and that they would try and get the items (I ordered a month ago that had been confirmed verbally to me as being in stock), sent from 'their distributor'. I had been "unlucky". No surprise then when I call (no reply from e-mails) to find out if they'd been sent and told that actually they don't have the cars I ordered. Hopefully the refund has gone though I have yet to check, meanwhile the question would be why are they still listing the items I ordered if they can't supply them? BUYER - STAY AWAY!

"Issue was resolved by customer service after posting initial review (see below). There was confusion on my original request to return one item so they were holding my refund until the item was returned but they also neglected to get me an RMA in a timely manner in order for me to make the return. Issue has been resolved but would hesitate to use this vendor again based on customer service confusion over my requests.

Never shipped one item and never issued refund for that item as promised. Customer Service sent me an email dated Nov 30th promising refund for non shipped items but it has never been issued. Have turned this over to my credit card company to dispute charges. Only positive thing is the items they did ship arrived very quickly but dealing with them to resolve this issue of not getting one item has been a nightmare.
