"They do have good prices, but good luck returning anything to them. It took more then 1 month to get an RMA approved (and several emails) and then another month before they actually credited my account (again several emails needed) though it was only a partial refund.

"Let me just say that Keenzo is truly unlike any other internet business that I have dealt with before. At first we had a rocky start. I ordered a sword (I know its strange from a primarily electronics store), and was told a week later that it was completely out of stock...the website, however, listed it as in stock...not low stock, but IN STOCK.

I called them up and asked after my order. I was told that they were expecting another shipment of them soon. I still wasn't satisfied. I demanded to to speak with someone higher.

I was then directed to a young lady who not only confirmed that there was 1 of these swords left in the warehouse, but she even shipped it to me to make sure that it was the one that I wanted before I was billed for it. Now THATS service!

Needless to say, the sword was exactly what I had wanted and with the cheapest price on the internet...bar none!

My second experience was similar though. I had ordered two daggers (yes, I know, I am a freak...leave it alone..:) ) as it turned out, they were discontinued, hadn't been removed from the website yet, and the SKU number were the same for some swiss army rinky dink knives. Well, you can imagine how upset I was when they arrived, and that they weren't my daggers...

Again, I called Keenzo. This time, I talked to someone that had some pull. I let her know that I was really getting upset as this is the second time that something has gone wrong with my order. Again, this is where Keenzo's customer service shines.

She told me that yes, the SKU numbers were the same, and that the warehouse/sales dept had not caught it..it was human error, not computer, not some nebulous ghost in the machine, but true human error (Talk about being blown away by the honesty and her taking responcibility for it!) She offered to recredit the amount to my credit card, and that I could either keep the knives that were sent, or send them back at Keenzo's expense, whichever option "I" wanted to do, not theirs.

Well, since that rocky beginning, I have yet to have ANY order from them go awry. They have always had the lowest prices for what I wanted, and shipped super fast (EVEN GROUND!!!) Its not uncommon for me to get my order in 2-3 days after placing the order.

I am sticking with Keenzo because its one of the exceptionally few businesses that not only goes to great lengths to satisfy ONE customer, but its also where the employees actually take RESPONCIBILITY for the errors of the company and make them right, rather than just trying to buy you off and forgetting all about it until the issue arises again.

I guess thats all I have to say about that. Give them a try. Remember that they are human (as they themselves admit), and that no matter what, they will always try to make your experience worth the effort of coming back. Its a great store, with great prices, and a real, down-to-earth business ethic.

It's just gimmick. With Keenzo shipping costs are reasonable and if an item is not in stock, they post the date for the next shipment right on the web page, and you'll get the item at a good price. I have a choice about who I'm going to send my cash to and right now it's keenzo."

"This was my first order from Keenzo. I knew very little about the company when I placed my order. I found Keenzo on Google. Basically, when I searched specific products ( Kit Rae fantasy swords) on Google, Google gave me report that Keenzo is selling 4 out of 6 products I was looking for at the best price - lower price than its competitors. I was very surprised when I saw this report, because usually I would get items listed on Ebay as best deals but this time around Keenzo was beating Ebay ( best deals on Ebay from multiple sellers) on all 4 products by 10-15% price. So I decided to give it a shot and try it out. Once I completed my order I was pleasantly surprised again, shipping rates were very low about 50% -70% lower than any other competitor I dealt with before. To put it this way on Ebay most sellers charge shipping for one sword what Keenzo charged for 4 swords. Shipping was fast, they provided tracking, packaging was great, I can say is they exceeded my expectations. I got great service, great products and huge price discount – I don’t know where else can you get all 3.
