payment issues

"On my first attempt, the insurance claim was processed directly but when it came time to enter my credit card info I was unable to type in the boxes.

My second attempt on a PC worked fine but I could no longer direct bill. Not the biggest issue as I will just do it manually, but it could have been better

"Very straight forward ordering. Easy to understand sizes etc. Love the visuals of 'trying the frames on' with the camera/photo. Great way to have my prescription in extra glasses to style with my outfits!"

Difficult website user experience

"There’s no button for “continue shopping” after I added a pair of glasses in the cart. I wanted a second pair for my kid. I was able to figure it out without losing the item in my cart. But please improve the interface especially for those that are more impatient than me."
