"Love Kits, and have had some good and some not so good experiences. Value is very good - low price, fairly solid frames. Customer service is responsive, but mistakes keep repeating for prescriptions. Kits Plus membership doesn't allow me to "name" the family member order is for, so it's tricky for insurance submissions - looks like every order is for me, when in fact we are a family of four. Would love more detailed descriptions of how the glasses fit (not just numbers, but "feel"), and also more selection for very wide (my hubby) and petite (me and teens) faces."
