"My experience has nothing to do with your frames or lenses it's all about the poor web experience.
Overall, the site not very reactive. Pages take a long time to load properly (when choosing a frame to view). The try-on function takes forever to start IF it does at all. The colours of the lenses in try on don't match the colour dots on the site nor the names for colours. Very confusing. Some glitches need to be worked out."
