Not quick shipping

"I was hoping to get a head start on next semester so I ordered the text book over break. So far, it's been 10 days since I ordered and it is still in "order processing" meaning not even on the way yet. But they sure were quick about charging my credit card for it! "

Still Waiting

"Actually, I am still waiting for this book to be delivered. Every time I check the tracking status, it still says that it is still in Allen Park, Michigan and has been for quite a few days now. Therefore, I'm completely dissatisfied and will be returning the book back as soon as I get it. I've never had a problem with Knetbooks.com in the past so I hope my next transaction will be smoother."

"Your service is outstanding! I don`t gave you 5 stars just because I consider that the rental prices could be better or lower. Sometimes the rental price is the same price to buy the book, in those cases I certainly preferred to buy the book. "

HORRIBLE COMPANY

"I ordered m book on 12-5-16. It shipped out on 12-6-16 i paid for 2day shipping. Today is 12-15-16 i still dont have the book. I called them several times yesterday dont know body know where the book is. I asked for a refund they try to tell me to wait till 12-21-16 they a send me another book like i dot have assignments due "
