Your service is terrible.

"There is no on to actually speak to. You advertise a phone number but when you try to call it the automated system directs you to a help desk where you say you can chat with customer service but there is no chat. When you send an email it’s not actually an email where a customer can keep a record of the conversation as the email is directly on your site. I will never purchase another book on your site!!!"

Lost package, no customer service

"I placed an order over a week ago, on 8/27, and the order was shipped the next day. However, my package has not been scanned by UPS in a week, since 8/29. My package was definitely lost. I tried filing a claim with UPS, however they said I am unable to and need to contact the sender. So, I have tried contacting you guys via phone, however there is zero customer service to talk to, just information that you can easily find online about how to return books and track your order, which is useless, I don't understand the point in having a customer service number if there's no one on the other line. I emailed you guys as well through the site, and no response. Used the bogus "chat" option on the site, not even a chat, pretty sure it just sends an email. There needs to be ways that customers can reach the company quickly, I don't have time to wait 48 hours for a simple response from you guys when I've waited over a week for my books and have tried contacting you multiple times. My classes have now started already and I am unable to do the work without the book. This is extremely frustrating and I need my books as soon as possible, if I had known this would be the case I would have used another textbook company. I am aware packages get lost and it is not Knetbooks fault, however the frustration of trying to get a hold of someone from the company is ridiculous. I have used Knetbooks with no problems prior to this, however I will not use it again because of the horrible customer service. There really isn't any customer service at all. "

"I ordered a textbook and it showed delivered to customer but I never received the book. I emailed the company but they never responded. Horrible customer service. I will never order another book from them. "

Very late delivery

"I rented a book for my son on August 26 and it did not arrive until September 4. It was probably the Post office’s fault, but still, the book arrived two days later than Knetbooks’ guaranteed delivery date. When I tried reaching out to them by email, I got NO response at all. "

Permanent book I guess?

"I got a book that was shrink wrapped and unable to return if opens. And was trying to get in touch with customer service for ages which no avail. I eventually had to open the book anyways Bc I have a TEST."

Mostly Good experience with only 1 issue

"It has definitely made my college a lot cheaper by thousands of dollars. The only issue I have had is that when returning my books last semester, Knetbooks still says that I have note turned 2 of the 5 books in and they are past due, however, they were all in a single box which doesn't make sense to me that some of them say they have been returned but the others haven't :/. Other than this likely minor mistake my experience with knetbooks has been great and has greatly limited the number of student-loans necessary to take my courses. "
