"Would give no stars if I could. I tried to call their phone number. Couldn’t get a hold of a real person said I had to email. I emailed and heard no response. I had a coupon code to use and then all the sudden when I want to check out it was gone. I didn’t notice until afterwards. Also I paid extra for shipping to get it 1 to 4 days. and it took a week so if you do use this company beware don’t pay for the extra shipping. Cheaper price for book rental but not worth it to me! Will never use them again. I hope when I do return the rental everything goes smoothly! Fingers crossed."

"The ease of ordering and price for renting was great. There is absolutely no customer service after purchase. You should be able to talk to someone on the phone. The book came with a label to not break the shrink wrap but how do you get to the actual book. My son is on hold from studying until someone gets back with me. I’m not very happy at all!"

"Contacted the company after my order sat in “order processing” for 4 business days. Received an email stating that turn around time was 3-5 business days. Then on the 7th business day I received a message stating my item was not yet available. Tried to call to cancel my order, could not get a live person on the phone. No chat option available as their website states. Only option to cancel is via email. Auto response states email can take 2 business days to be handled and responded to. Meanwhile my student still has no book and is falling behind in her course!"
