"I placed my order and it shipped and got stuck in Tennessee and there'was no update for 6 days. (Kept telling my teachers my books were on the way and then just stopped saying anything). I tried contacting customer service and no response. I called UPS who said it was USPS. I told them tracking info said UPS, but looks like it may transfer to USPS eventually, but they are still showing waiting for package. USPS confirmed they were still waiting. I placed a second order with another company as I had no idea if I would EVER get my order and they got it to me in 2 days! This order eventually showed up after. I don't think I will be using Knetbooks again!"

"All textbooks I was in need of ordering were available, in stock and shipped within no later than two days if not shipped the very next day which is what I mostly experienced. They also arrived in a VERY timely manner! Not only did they arrive shortly after being shipped but every textbook ordered, even the self described "used" rentals, were in great condition, I was so pleased. Will definitely be using them in the semesters to come and would highly recommend them to any college student looking to save money on textbooks. I would also like to mention the coupons and discounts they offer as you use their services to save you even more money on current AND future orders with them. "My order was never delivered and was lost in transit. I never received any notifications about it. I called the customer service number 3 times and you can’t speak with a live person. I then emailed twice and never got a response. Finally chatted with someone and it took over 30 mins to have someone respond. They couldn’t overnight a new order for me and could only do two day business shipping, but 24 hours later, the second order has still not shipped. I will not be ordering from them again after this semester and this has been a total headache. Extremely disappointed "
