Good service

"Book arrived promptly. Was in condition stated. The only thing I wish was different would be if they included the name of the book on the paperwork or a sticker on the book that said "Knetbooks". Because I'm taking multiple courses and my books all came from different vendors I can not remember which book I rented and which ones I bought... Shouldn't be too hard to figure out by digging through my emails, but wish I didn't have to."

Bad Condition & Not a Full Refund

"My book came in horrible condition, the pages we taped into the binding and were falling out. And when I returned the book due to its condition, I was required to pay shipping and a "restocking" fee so I didn't get a full refund. Overall, just not happy with my order. "

Books didn't arrive on time...

"I ordered one book for an online class 10 days prior to the class start date. I never received the book until after week one's assignments were due. I received a 0% for the first week of an eight week semester and had to drop the course which cost me $270. I even paid up for expedited shipping. Thanks for screwing up my semester Knetbooks.com!"

Still waiting

"I am still waiting for my books to arrive. I paid for the standard shipping (1-5days) and ordered on the 8th of January. It is now the 18th of January and still no books. I have assignments that are due tomorrow that I can not do without the books. I contacted customer service and they told me it's not their fault and to call the post office. "

Order a month ahead

"I ordered the book about 14 ago and it has not arrived yet. it says, it was shipped 10 days ago. If you want your book on time make sure you order it with time, maybe a month ahead. This is the first time renting a book and im not impress. "
