The return process was very easy! You simply print the free return label, purchase a very inexpensive shipping envelope at the post office or other local store, and ship the book back to the company for free! It was so cheap and easy, we did it again for the spring semester!"

"I received my package the day before my class started and it was the wrong book. I ordered a social work book and got a Microbiology book. The packing slip even had wrong address. The package had my name/address. I called the customer service and the representative was incredibly rude and not helpful. I had to send several emails to get a response and for them to know what I was asking. Still have to obtain my label for the full refund. I ordered the correct book from the reliable Amazon and will never go back now!"

" The book came towards the outside window of economy shipping when I paid for expedited. I had to email four different people to finally get them to credit five dollars.
The book itself wasn’t great quality either. It wasn’t marked up a lot, but the pages and cover were slightly warped and on the well worn side. "

"I haven't received the book yet as it was scheduled to be delivered on 1/12/19. No notice from the shipper for the delay. I know it's not your fault but the shippers, however my class is starting tonight 1/14 and I don't know if I'm getting my book. Hope it comes today otherwise I will give you a call. The book itself was ordered about 10 days ago. Had I known I'd be tight on time for receiving the book, I would have paid for expedited shipping. This is all after another book company sent the wrong book to me in the first place. Thanks for listening."
