"While the book was what I needed and expected, the shipping time was frustrating. I ordered the book 10 days before my month-long class started and didn’t receive it until day 3 of the class, leaving me with a fun game of catch up. It shipped from their facility to UPS, who then transferred it to the post office, which I’m guess explains the delays. Had I known how long the shipping time was going to take I’d have ordered elsewhere. I probably won’t order from them again. "

"I rented a book for class and realized immediately they had my old address on file. (They do not ask for address during checkout) I contacted customer service within a few minutes and was told they could not see my order yet so check back in an hour. I emailed customer service within an hour. They asked for my correct address which I sent ritback. They did not respond until the next morning saying "it has already been shipped". I asked why it was shipped when I had contacted them with a problem. They would not answer me, basically just kept repeating it has already been sent. I am now without a book and am frustrated with their terrible customer service.
Even their response to this review does not explain why they would ship a book when they know it's going the wrong address. They don't even hear your concern, just a cut and paste answer. With 66% of these reviews giving them one star, you would think they would work on their customer service!"
