"I ordered my textbooks about two weeks ago, and they still haven’t arrived as promised. I already started my classes and need my books. Don’t know what to do since I also stopped receiving updates for the location of the textbooks. The last time I also tried ordering, the company experienced an outage and all shipments never went through. At least they gave me in-store credit. "

"At the very least they contacted me. I was expecting to get a proper textbook. Instead I received a mangled loose-leaf mess that was held together by zip-ties. However, they were quick to get back to me about getting a replacement. Unfortunately for me it's too close to the school semester for me to wait on another shipment so there's that. Regardless of my decision their customer service was great."
