"I paid extra for express shipping, and ordered a book 3 weeks before classes began. It took 2 weeks for the book to ship, and then it never arrived on the day the tracking information stated it was scheduled to arrive. I am now forced to purchase another copy of the book for my class tomorrow morning. I do not recommend using this site unless you order a month in advance. There is no reason it should take that long for a book to process and ship. Not a happy customer. Customer service was little to no help. "
