"No confirmation of shipping address prior to placing order. Tried to cancel and change the address but there is no option. Emailed customer service but they said they couldn't do anything due to book released to shipment. Took a few days to leave the warehouse. Now the book is lost somewhere and I will be responsible as I have no connection to the old address. "

The representative was unable to change the address as the item had been "released for shipment" or in laymans terms, loaded onto a truck for shipment.
