"I ordered the rental 7/20/17, the fee was drafted out of my bank account 7/21/17. When I called the next week because I saw the order had not been filled yet per the rental website, I was told "it takes 2-4 business days before the orders are shipped". The order was then shipped on the 5th business day, I got a notification email late on the 5th evening. Today is 7/31/17 and I still don't physically have possession of the book but I have received an email from the post office stating that it's out for delivery today. I probably wouldn't recommend renting from this company unless you're able to order at least 2 weeks before your class starts."
