"Website was easy to use. Books arrived in good condition within a week or less of my order date. Tracking my shipments was easy and I got lots of communication about my order via e-mail which was nice. Prices are extremely reasonable. I haven't been through the return process so I can't speak to that part yet but fingers crossed that returning will be just as easy as placing my initial order."
