"We order a book and paid for overnight shipping because we needed the book as quickly as possible. The book wasn't shipped until 2 days later and then wasn't shipped overnight as we requested. Knetbooks did refund our shipping and allowed us to return the book for a refund, but wish they would have provided the service as promised when we ordered. Customer service was helpful. "

"I would love to give a higher rating since I've usually had good experiences with Knetbooks. However, I recently rented a Microbiology textbook that came in a box far too large for the book. The book was wrapped loosely in a sheet of paper. From banging around in the large box, most of the appendix is completed crumpled and ripped from the spine at the top. The book will never close properly because of this. I have seen books in poor condition, but this is a bit extreme. I'm only glad that I rented rather than bought. Hopefully, this would not happen for a new textbook, otherwise, I imagine someone would be extremely displeased. Hope this helps someone!"
