"I rented a geometry book for my daughter and the access code was a one time use! To purchase a code from the company was $150 when a new book was $184! After speaking with the rep, there is a disclaimer stating that SOME items may have codes they can't guarantee to work. However, once I chatted with the rep, she allowed me to return the book for a full refund - Great Customer Service!! Would def order/rent from Kentbooks again. However, I do feel the exact condition/description should be more specific to the actual book somehow to prevent this in the future! "
