"I would give zero stars if it was possible. I brought a book I didn't need and contacted them to cancel it before it was shipped out and they still shipped it. Then when you send it back for a refund they take a huge chunck out for a "restocking fee". I don't see myself using this website for books in the future or referring anyone here. They should have an option to cancel on order on the website instead of having to actually contact them. That would solve a whole bunch of problems and hassle for the buyers. We don't all have money throw down the toilet. "

"To be clear, I am satisfied with the product - the book was delivered in good condition. However, I placed my order on January 7th and paid for 2-day shipping. I understood at the time of purchase/rental that processing time may add a day or two to that projection. After several days passed without a word from Knet, I called the customer service line and was informed that the book was out of stock and would need to be sent from the publisher. I did not receive my book until January 19th. I am very dissatisfied that I paid extra for expedited shipping and would appreciate a response from Knet. At present, I would have a hard time choosing Knet for future purchases/rentals or recommending Knet to friends and classmates. Thank you for reading."
