"I was charged 10% and additional fees for the prepaid shipping label which is completely ridiculous. Unfortunately I am not going to receive the full amount I paid for back. I use multiple textbook rental sites that do not charge multiple fees especially when you are returning a textbook back within the 25 days of the ship date. It was my first time returning a book which I contacted customer service to address my dissatisfaction with their service. I truly enjoy the affordable prices but to be taken money away from it upsetting. I will not be using knetbooks for any future purchases."
