"After 15 days of waiting for the book and classes starting the next day, I called them after receiving no answer via email. Bottom line, they printed the label and the book never went anywhere(if there ever WAS a book). Their options were to refund the money or send out another book, but I'd have to wait a day until it could be declared officially "lost in transit". Of course, when I asked if they HAD another book to send out, the answer is no, there are none in stock. BUT...we'll give you a refund, you just have to call back tomorrow! Need the book, not the refund OR the runaround! Felt like a scam!"
