"I ordered a large dog bed on 12/22 and called shortly after to cancel as it was for my daughter's dog & found out she had bought one already. I was told by customer service they would contact the manufacturer to cancel and would hear back shortly by e.mail. as of today, 12/25 I have not heard anything. I tried o contact by phone again on 12/23 & waited on the phone for almost 15minutres and kept getting message call would be answered in order received. I finally hung up. I hope I receive status before it is delivered. To say I'm not happy with customer service is an understatemeny"

"I placed an online order for a Christmas gift and to ensure it was received on time I paid extra for 2nd day aiir. Upon placing the order the delivery date was confirmed as Dec 23rd. 2 days later I received a notification the item wiould arrive Dec 26th. I called customer service and was on hold for 33 mins the first time for them to tell me I needed to speak with someone else in which I was on hold another 37 mins. The 2nd customer service person was rude, and told me their contract with UPS does not deliver on Sat so therefore my gift would not be ontime. She was unconcerned that their website had told me the gift would arrive earlier and would not assist to rush another item or refund my extra shipping charges. I will not order again from Kotulas! There are many other online retailers that provide much better customer service. "
