"I ordered an authentic Christmas Story Leg Lamp one week before Christmas. I received an email the next day stating that it was on backorder. I called Kotula's to cancel the order. They new exactly who I was and what I ordered when they answered. They told me that they just received a new shipment and they would be able to fullfill the order. I received an email the next day that it had shipped and it arrived the following day. It was even better quality than I imagined and was packeged superbly. Great customer service! Great experience! "

"I ordered slippers (Apres by Lamo Men’s Merino Wool Slippers) that were listed in the Kotula's catalog as having " genuine Australian merino wool linings". When I received the slippers in the mail, the tag said that the lining was "fake fur" made of polyester. I contacted Kotula's immediately and sent the slippers back for a full refund. I also told the customer service rep that they need to change the item description because it was fraudulent.
It has been 2 weeks, and Kotula's is still committing fraud by listing the slippers online as " genuine Australian merino wool linings "."

"I had ordered an item for my grandson- the Bosch Service toy where there is half a car he can take apart and put back together again. After I assembled it, I found out the headlights did not work. So, called your customer service and they were very polite and apologetic about the issue. They offered to send out a entire new unit-even though I just needed headlights that worked. The new unit arrived as promised and the new headlights worked just fine! I have never been treated with utmost concern and politeness. Kudos to your training staff-they have done an excellent job!

"I placed my order on 12/07/17 because your site stated that the item was on backorder, but should ship within 5-7 days. Even though that did not happen, I waited to allow you time to receive your expected shipment that was supposedly scheduled for 12/19/17. Now it is December 21st and I have to cancel my order and pay more through another vendor to assure that my nephew's gift arrives before Christmas.
You listed customer service number ***-***-**** in all of your emails, but this number was disconnected when I called it. Then one of your agents, Arya, provided ***-***-****, but this number doesn't belong to your company. I can't reach anyone by phone and no one has answers via email.
I'm not impressed at all and would not recommend your service to anyone based on the experience that I have had so far. "
