"Initially, my order for Kratora did not arrive. USPS was awful, as usual, and did not deliver my order. A couple of interactions with Kratora's customer service department? Everything gets resolved and they were kind enough to resend an order out to me, even though it was not their fault in any way. Other customer service providers should be taking notes!! I love seeing a business that cares and has heart for their consumers. There are enough 5 star reviews on the products here for you to know you'd be making a good purchase, so instead this five star review goes out to the people behind the brand name. In case you're wondering about kratora as a business, let me qualm any uncertainty: they follow through!"
