"Kratora has good quality products. Recently, however, I had an issue with a costly item and their way of making it right differed from past experience. Was it a change in policy or management? Not sure, but the new way was a hassle that I didn't even bother with. Perhaps they were going above and beyond before and now simply by-the-book. Hard to tell. They are not the cheapest but I am satisfied with Kratora. Fast shipping and reward points are nice."
