"I usually have excellent experiences with Kratora. Unfortunately this time was not one of those.
2 of the bags I bought (both Betuangie) not only did not do what they are meant to, but I became actively sick to my stomach after using a little from each bag. I don't know what to think about this but I will reach out to Kratora on the topic.
Thankfully they usually are happy to send me brand new bags in rare scenarios like this and I have only had 1 or 2 bad experiences with customer service in 9 years. Both of which were resolved in the end.
I'm going to continue shopping from them unless something big changes, in terms of customer relations.

Usually if you purchase by 12pm PST your package will ship same day, which means I will receive from them within 24 hours as I only live 2 hours from the warehouse. They won't make you wait as long as other retailers tend to, which is really nice.
