"One of my packages was incorrect cannot get a hold of customer service"
"I tried different strains at different doses. This site gives a person no idea on how to dose. I tried to Google it and that was no help either. Customer service was the only thing I thought was ok. I let them know I wasn’t’t happy and said I could return it with in 30 days. I haven’t been refunded yet, but we will see in a couple day, because it arrived there today. I am waiting for them to say I did something wrong! I am hoping not though they seem pretty nice! I thought the taste was horrible (of the powder). I am a newbie and did not feel any change in stimulation or in pain reduction. I would have been so nice to have someone to talk to about dosing! But I tried to go natural, but it doesn’t work!"

"Long term user of this herb. The worst experience I've ever had with it. Batch had no positive effect. Left me with a sour stomach and nothing else. Gave it a few more chances trying to rule out any other possible culprits and had the same outcome. Please take this batch off the shelves it's bad for business "

"This is my second purchase from Kratora. They offered a number of selections at $5 for a 1 ounce package (usually $13) , so for my last order I got several different varieties. It was a great opportunity to experiment and find out what works for me without breaking the bank and the potential for buyer's remorse (which has yet to happen).
I don't have experience with other company's products so I have nothing to base a comparison on, but their product seems to be of good quality.
They're quick to get the product out and so far my orders have been accurate. They also have a lot of information on their site, which has been very helpful. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is I asked a question shortly after I placed my first order and they essentially told me to research on the web, on this particular topic anyway. I did find information (mostly on their competitor's sites) , but I was looking to them to be the experts.
Having said all that, I'll probably order from them again when I want more Kratom.
