So DEFAULT doesn't really mean default to them, they hide behind excuse "well it was purchased through PayPal so we use their address on file".
No it was paid for with PayPal and purchased on my account through your website with a Default billing and shipping address on my lacrosse monkey account.
Have spent days waiting and trying to track down package to have returned through FED EX. Meanwhile they could've changed shipping address with FED EX all along, instead they want to wait till FED EX returns to them. "
"yea ordered some gear at 10am and cancelled at 4pm.
I called and they said they would set up a return after I received the order.
I called after getting the order and was told that you must cancel within 30 mins of the order or pay $10.00 to return the order.
This is a complete SCAM!!!

"My son needed cleats for a game the next day so I paid $45 to have them shipped in 24 hours, did not receive them in 24 hours. I received them two days later and when I called they would not refund my shipping said there is a Covid disclaimer on their website did not seem to care that I was a dissatisfied customer and said I would not shop there again after we have spent lots of money through the years to this online store."

"Drew is simply the worst customer service rep I have ever encountered. No wonder he refuses to give out his last name. Purchased a pair of gloves that seemed to fit but when used were way to large. The MFG recommends this size based on my weight/size but the fingers are super long and only really noticeable when played with. I called within a week of receiving and explained that I used the gloves for about 20 mins. Drew refused to even call STX on my behalf to see what could be done. What a waste of $190.
Based on all the complaints, he is either the owner or the owner could care less about his customers. I would recommend taking up a job where you don't have to talk with other people. this is the wrong job for you!

Simply put this is the last time we will purchase even a shoelace from them ...
They hosed us on an $89 Lax stick last year and we went back from more with a pair of lightly dusted cleats they mailed, considered "pristine condition" ... Truth is Drew lets me know it was their last pair so I figure they said "sure why not send them out and see what happens" ... Guess what , you lost a customer for life is what happened! Move on people and let your lacrosse leagues know this is their act... No need to reply Lacrosse Monkey you'll only look more foolish than you already appear to be... "

"Placed an order for a shaft on Cyber Monday, listed as in stock, and on sale for $59.99. My card was charged, and I received an order confirmation e-mail the same day. After a week with no shipping info received, I tried to check on the status on their site, and got "Order not found." Called this am, and while waiting on hold for 23 minutes, repeatedly heard the recorded message explaining that I could use the live chat button on any page of the lacrossemonkey site - there is no live chat option.
Finally got someone on the phone, who explained that my order was cancelled because the item wasn't in stock. He also explained that I was sent an order cancellation e-mail (I wasn't), which he couldn't reproduce or forward, and that my card was already refunded (It wasn't.)
Interestingly enough, the same shaft in question is still listed as in stock on the site, but now for $89.99.
The worst part of this is that I had a similarly terrible experience with this company once before, and had forgotten about it until today. Never again.
Don't waste your time, buy local, or at least from a reputable company."

"Bought a lacrosse stick with the price of $110. They confirmed the order and decided to send me the wrong stick that cost $100. I asked if I return it if I could get the correct stick and they said it was out of stock. WHY WOULD YOU CONFIRM A ORDER IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT IN STOCK? MAKES NO SENSE. I called and emailed them horrible customer service. On the website it does not say that the stick is out of stock which they need to fix so this does not happen again. I emailed them asking about the returning process I have not received an email back and it has been two days. Super upset since now I will not be ready for my season since it starts in three days and I wont have a stick. I paid and ordered a specific stick in advance of my season and they sent the wrong stick completely. I also mentioned this to them and they did not care which is very rude."
"Bought a LAX shaft from these clowns. Took them 2 days to ship, when it shows up I unwrap and find a large bar code sticker with price on it. The sticker was permanent adhesive! WTF? In order to remove, it needs to be scratched off and the residue and outline remains on the shaft. Would not be so bad if the shaft had a bare metal surface, but it is rubberized paint. I called and ask why they would effectively devalue their product & the CS rep tells me to get some goo gone. If I am going to need goo gone, maybe you should include with the package you hacks! Now I have scratched up new shaft to give to my kid. Thanks for nothing LAXhacks!"
"Online store sent wrong sized gloves and had to pay for their return as the store insisted they had sent the correct size. Will not order ever again from them, and will be sure to inform every lacrosse parent I meet of the same.
I even sent pictures of the glove in comparison to measuring tape for scale. Absolutely bad customer service and do not care about their customers in anyway.
Do yourself a favor a order from any place else."
"Horrible return policy. You have to fill out a form & your returns credit does not go back on the credit card but rather they only provide you with store credit on clearance items, and they'll deduct ~10% or more for restocking fees."
"Placed and order with this company on Monday night after they were closed and paid the extra $$$ for 3-day shipping. Day 4 has arrived and haven't received my order yet. Chatted with Customer Service and they just kept telling me that UPS doesn't count the first day, so "if" the package arrives today (it is well past noon), it is still within the 3-days. Not sure how Tuesday through Friday is 3-days, but just kept getting the same response from the representative. "
