"Did not know that they charge the card when order SHIPS rather than when I placed my order. My card expired between ordering and shipping resulting in me having to CANCEL the first order and REORDERING because the agent was unable to edit the billing info. The agent I talked with was helpful and polite enough, but she could not look at the old order while working with me on the new order which made placing the re-order problematic. Having to re-do the order also delayed it by 2 weeks. Had the original communication from the company re problem with the card advised to cancel and re-place the order rather than calling them things would have been a LOT smoother!"

NOT SO GOOD:
Rebate: you have 8 weeks to submit, then it expires...seems like alot of time right, however you CANNOT submit after you order contacts for about 10-14 days (system wont let you). SO if you forget about it because life gets in the way....then you lose. I lost $60 rebate cause I forgot to go back in and submit rebate form :(
Shipping: I have had 2 specific instances that shipping was severely delayed (like 3 weeks) becasur the lenses where out of stock, even though when ordered they said in stock.
Moral of the NOT SO GOOD Story:
Make lotsa reminders on submitting rebate form
Dont order lenses when you are down to you last week of supply"

They offer rebates on your order, started as 5 days after receiving your shipment to activate the rebate, now I see 14 days. guess they just keep pushing it out so that people forget to do it so they can screw them. "
