"Bought an outside mirror for my wife's RX350 Lexus in Pearl White. Was sent a mirror in grey. Called up LexusPartsNow and told them about the wrong part being sent, they said the mirror only comes in grey. Not according to their website. Clearly states Pearl White as the color. Sent it back for a refund. After 7 messages and phone calls, over a 6 week period, finally got a refund, minus a $91.00, 20% restocking fee. They sent the wrong part. Their mistake. Charged me a restocking fee. What a great way to do business. Sell someone a wrong part, then charge them to restock it. Buyer beware. Never again will I even think of purchasing a part from them. Also, the customer service representative will repeat the same thing every time you call, "someone will get back to you by email within 24 hours with an update on your request". Had 4 people tell me the same thing. Never received an email back.

"Ordered upper & lower exhaust manifold, and mufflers for 2008 Lexus GS350 AWD. Pictures are horrible on this site, which made me nervous to order. Rolled the dice on taking their word on description of part, and the parts came in correct! Only issue was the shipping price for mufflers changed after items was shipped. That made the shipper return mufflers back, overall everything was resolved and I received what I ordered. "

"I was going to purchase this nut via the dealership and I do regret it. The total "walk out" cost would have been well under $6 for one nut at the dealership. The "shipping" cost alone on here was $13.70 for one nut and that's not including the cost of the nut. Not sure I'll shop again on here. Better off at the dealership. Other than that, I got the correct part that I ordered. If their shipping charges were more competitive, then I'd consider browsing their website. "
