Thank you Liberty!

"The technician that was assigned did arrive twenty minutes late, but he was very thorough, explained to us what the issue was, and how we can prevent it going forward. He also gave us the recommendation to replace the dryer as opposed to repairing it, even though we believe it was in his own economic interest to repair it. Jasmine from LHG then helped us arrange for a replacement through Liberty Home Guard. Five days later we had a new dryer installed, working perfectly. No stress, no need to follow up with them, no long calls or unreasonable wait time. The process was seamless and we saved the $700 on a new dryer. Thank you Liberty for all the help!

Fantastic experience!

"Fantastic experience all around. From ordering the replacement to an actual plumber visiting the home, the communication from all parties in both instances was smooth and straightforward. The plumber was professional, on time, and worked quickly. He had my leaking garbage disposal replaced in no time. Would surely recommend getting a plan with Liberty to anyone needing peace of mind with their home appliances and air conditioning. The experience is hassle free and saving me money so far. That said, if anything does change for the worse, I will certainly come back and update this review."

"Abraham is just a phenomenal human being and I’m so happy I dealt with him the claim I had earlier in the year. My lights stopped working in my master bedroom and Abraham got an electrician out to my home two days later. The electrician was fully informed and came on time. I really do hope my future experiences are as good as this one and that I get to deal with Abraham again.

Good & affordable

"I was referred to Liberty Home Guard by a friend and at first I was very apprehensive because their pricing is higher than the competition. After my first claim on my garage door went pretty smooth I felt better but what really solidified me was my most recent claim on my water heater. Liberty replaced it without any issues and saved me $800 in doing so.

Satisfied with their service

"Liberty Home Guard scheduled a repair of our LG washer within 18 hours of us submitting the claim. The contractor was really nice and he fixed the washer in all of 10 minutes. Jake reached out to let us know that all of the expenses were covered by Liberty, besides for the deductible of course. We experienced no issues or undue stress from Liberty, which is a far cry from the last two home warranty companies I had.

Easy to deal with

"Because of our experiences with past home warranty companies, we were very nervous about enrolling with Liberty but Jerry walked us through how the policy works and how Liberty is different so we decided to buy a month-to-month policy. Liberty’s Total Home Guard has saved us over $3,700 in the 2 years we’ve had it and I have to say it has also been easy to work with them."

Brilliant customer service!

"The ceiling fan in our bedroom all of a sudden broke. This was our first claim with Liberty and they had a repairman at our home within 3 hours. This was not even an emergency claim! Really impressed with them so far. If anything changes with future claims though, I do plan to update this review.

"They replaced our water heater and our garbage disposal without a sweat. It took them two trips but both happened within a 3 day window of submitting the claim, so in a way we are even more impressed. I plan to continue to use Liberty for years to come and recommend them to my friends to purchase as well."

"The contractor examined the electrical problem and found the cause of the issue in that first visit. This might not seem like a big deal but before I had a home warranty, whenever I had an issue I feel like the contractors always came back for multiple visits (who knows, maybe to bill???) This time, the contractor was able to not just find the cause of the issue, but actually fix it within that visit. I want to say a big thank you to their contractor team for doing a good job and ensuring good work is done by the contractors. This for me is the biggest reason why I like my home warranty plan with them and plan to renew."

"Excellent service! Thanks to my rep Chris, who really jumps all over every problem I have when I have a claim. Great experience!

"We had an incident with our garbage disposal in our kitchen sink. My sink and dishwasher backed up because of it. I called in to file a claim and someone first helped us troubleshoot the issue by phone. None of what they suggested work so they opted to send over a plumber. He snaked the kitchen sink and oddly enough a huge pile of hair was pulled out. Which for the record is confusing since, hair is going down our bathroom sinks and those pipes run separate from the kitchen ones. Nonetheless, he fixed the issue within 20 minutes and all I paid was an affordable deductible. I’m happy."

I’m very grateful for the team!!!

"Lauren, the agent we spoke to for our claim was fantastic. She was actually the manager of the first agent Jason who answered when we called. When we explained the urgency of our plumbing issue, Jason passed us to Lauren right away. She immediately found a plumber who was on another job in our area and got us in the schedule for that day. Thankfully the plumber came within an hour, and helped us shut the water off and stop the leak. The very next day he came back out and fixed the issue. I’m very grateful for the team that helped us get this sorted."
