"I had an issue with the first technician they sent out so I asked them to send me someone new. Lily was the rep I was speaking with and did a great job getting me to speak with a supervisor. Lorraine was the supervisor and was really helpful in getting my claim reassigned and prioritized.

We spoke for an hour on the phone and he even pulled up the manual for my type of dryer helping me interpret the error code and getting it fixed.

I am not a happy customer. The quality of customer service and follow-up is terrible. My warranty covers my air condition; however, they want me to make a payment of 5000 and Liberty Home Guard make a contribution of 1,102 dollars in order for the repairs to be fixed. This is not a warranty, it is a gimmick! How convenient! Liberty claims to be number one in quality service, however their customer satisfaction in my experience is poor quality. Quality service is meeting and exceeding customer's expectations.
Liberty has not met my expectations or exceeded my expectations. In my view, they take advantage of the consumer. The service is terrible. I am a paying customer and have been a long-time customer and the one time I call I get the runaround and no assistance. Liberty I hope you don't treat all your customers like this. IF you treat others with such poor service, I am going to do my best to address this issue so I would be the last faithful paying customer you abuse.

"My oven was not turning on, so of course, I called my home warranty company. While they explained I was still in my holding period and that my coverage was yet to take effect, they also said they’d be happy to help out and get us one of their technicians to check out the problem. The technician was at my home two days later who identified the issue in just a few minutes and fixed it then and there. I then got a call back from Lauren who explained that all expenses would still be covered by Liberty as a courtesy, which I thought was above and beyond since my coverage hadn’t even started yet. So far I am happy with Liberty's service and if it continues like this I will likely renew.

This winter the hot tub heater stopped so I called them back a bit frustrated but they waived the deductible even though it turned out to be an unrelated issue. "During my first claim, I called in very agitated because it was two days since I submitted the claim and no one was assigned. I spoke with Joe who I believe is a supervisor who explained to me that they were a bit delayed in my area and that if I had a contractor I liked, I could give him a call and use him and Liberty would reimburse me for coverage. I ended up getting my own contractor that day and Joe went to bat for me to get full coverage. I saved $800 on that claim. For my second claim, I requested Joe who helped me get a contractor appointment right away. The contractor was at my house the next day and thankfully was able to repair my clothes dryer.

"The technician that was assigned did arrive twenty minutes late, but he was very thorough, explained to us what the issue was, and how we can prevent it going forward. He also gave us the recommendation to replace the dryer as opposed to repairing it, even though we believe it was in his own economic interest to repair it. Jasmine from LHG then helped us arrange for a replacement through Liberty Home Guard. Five days later we had a new dryer installed, working perfectly. No stress, no need to follow up with them, no long calls or unreasonable wait time. The process was seamless and we saved the $700 on a new dryer. Thank you Liberty for all the help!
