"I made two orders, a day apart for a party I had been invited to, here in Australia. Unfortunately, although I had entered my new address after moving a few weeks ago, I hadn't deleted my old one and the shipment somehow automatically diverted to there. I noticed this only after the second order on the second day. I immediately contacted Customer Service and got a response back pretty much the day after that from a lovely Customer Service agent, called Alina, who responded promptly with the utmost professionalism and courtesy and sorted the problem out and made the necessary changes to both orders for me. She, also, advised me to go into my settings and change to address and steps on how to do it, to alleviate any possibility of problems in the future. Many thanks to LightInTheBox Customer Service, particularly agent, Alina! (p.s. I cannot change the 'Purchase Date' below, for this review, but the two days I made the orders were, I think, 3 Jan 2023 and 4 Jan 2023, or 4/5 Jan 2023. Many thanks."

"I ordered this retro game thing for Christmas for my kids and it was not what I ordered. The order took a month to get here. But customer service (Amira Mostafa) was very nice and understanding of what happened. I would like to return the item but instead they just wanted to make sure their customers happy so they refunded me for what happened with the item and I didn't have to return the item.
I would probably shop with them again if I'm willing to wait for the long shipping. "

"I ordered two jackets for my son and husband for Christmas. Order was placed on December 16, 2022 and paid for. I received a message it would be delivered sometime between December 25 and January 3rd. I had been checking the tracking site on the order and it has not been changed from the "preparing order" stage. I checked the status after Christmas and it was still in "preparing order" stage. I had received no messages on what the delay was, so I contacted them. I don't remember who I spoke with but they were nice enough to check, apologized and told me that they basically had been delayed due to demand. It would have been nice if they could put that on the tracking site. Anyway, I was told that it would be shipped out in 2-3 day. Product was coming from China.
As of this date, 01/03/23, it is still in the "preparing order" stage, and it is unknown when I will receive it. I cannot give it a great review because I haven't received my order nor has there been any further update and has not been delivered per the time frame. I have no doubt that they are usually prompt, and products are good, but they do not keep you updated on delays, etc.
I may give another review if and when I receive my order in regard to the items themselves. If I don't receive it soon, I will contact their office for a refund. I am disappointed as I have never heard of this company before, and they seem to offer really nice items for sale."
