"Ordered a phone case. It took ages to come and when it arrived it was the wrong size, even though it was said to be for my model of phone. I asked about returning it and initially I was told I'd have to pay postage to China . Having already paid postage from China, the refund if it came would have only covered the postal costs. I complained and after threatening to leave bad reviews, I was eventually helped by someone called Javier, who arranged a refund . So the 5 stars are for him, not my overall experience, and I wouldn't buy from this company again."
"I decide the YUERLIAN Men's Running Tights Leggings Compression Pants I ordered were probably going to be larger than I need, after all, they stretch. I went to My Orders on the LightInTheBox site, clicked Customer Service and selected Change Order. That's all I had to do, Nikita saved the day! My order was cancelled the next day and a new order was placed with the size I wanted. Nikita notified me the by email that my order had been changed as requested and informed me that the processing time was updated to reflect the order change. "The item that I had received was incorrect. After couple of attempts at getting a refund I asked to speak to supervisor who agreed to a refund immediately. Eleanora was quick and concise and refunded me in a timely manner once she had established that all other options had been exhausted. The process was completed online through my account which was a bit cumbersome initially but once I had established how this worked was simple enough. Refund was received quickly. I will happily shop again with Light in the Box but be aware that items can take a while to arrive due to shipping from China. Whether this is true for all items I cannot comment."
"I love the Variety which is offered on this shopping platform. I like that there is the possibility to get also an express service. What is sometimes very very disappointing, is that in some cases the dresses ARE NOT AT ALL what is shown in the picture. Also the quality of the fabrics is overall POOR. I think that if the quality of the fabrics was better I would be willing to pay extra. Also the CUT of the shown dresses / model is almost never the same. And this is really a pity. I think this is not honest from the producer to show a beautiful dress and then send a dress which is not at all the same in cut and fabric. "
