"My parcel was not been delivered to me by the expected date. When I enquired from customer service, Andrei was able to explain the problem and find an alternative delivery method. I was able to collect my parcel at the post office and it was in good condition."
"I ordered some linen shorts for the hot summer weather. When they arrived it was clear they were not linen but made from 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex, according to the label. This meant they would be too hot to wear. Furthermore, the colour was not as shown in the online photo. I wanted to send them back but that requires a set number of procedures that must be followed in order to return and obtain a refund. First, I had to confirm I had received the item and then request its return, with reasons and a photo; I attached a photo of the label to prove my point. The next stage was to be the issue of a ticket from Customer Service and instructions for the return. It appeared as though a ticket had been acknowledged but that was where the procedure ended. I went through this same process several times over several days and my request appeared to be ignored. I am glad the shorts were not very expensive and have resigned to give them to a charity shop. Buyer beware; do not be caught out by this company's poor Customer Service."

"I bought a top and a potential wedding dress. Both arrived within a few weeks as expected, but unfortunately both were faulty. After reaching out to customer services I had all the information I needed to return the items. I took them to Royal Mail and paid for tracking. Although it took 11 weeks to finally get to the return destination, once I'd contacted Silvia she actioned the full refund back to my credit card within 2 working days.
