" This is the second time that I had needed to return/refund clothing that I ordered that did not work for me. The first time, (last year…with my first order from LightInTheBox), I could never figure out how to get to Customer Service to be able to get return ok. I gave up and just kept the items even though they did not work for me. Well this year (my second time ordering from your company) I again had items that were not right for me. I struggled to contact snd know if Customer Service even got my numerous messages. Then I had a very polite and courteous email back from Coruncanius in Customer Service. He was so caring and detailed to help me thru my returns and the mailing of them back to Portland, Oregon. My refunds have been processed and I consider my case to be completed. Coruncanius was awesome! If I ever need to return items or have quedtions, I really hope he can help me again.
By the way, I wish you had a telephone number that I could have used. I felt (for me) that it was not easy to reach Customer Service. That is just my opinion. Thank you Coruncanius for a job well done!!!"
