"It was superb for the resolution that Ms. Eleonora had given to my issues.
First of all, I spent so much time in navigating through the customer service website. When I finally found the right section to address my complaint, the customer service representative was not able to analyze what was the underlying issue; she just follow the script, and not addressing what actually was my problem. I advised her to consult with the Supervisor.
Fortunately, a screen prompt connect me directly to Ms. Eleonora, the Supervisor. She said that she was going to look at the bottom of my issue to the best of her ability because of the complexity of the USB port factory-defective plug-in, which did not fit into my adapter cigarette-lighter box. The installed box came off when I tried to get the USB port out of the encased lighter plug-in in my car. Promptly, she finally determined the problem, and said that I would get a refund into my bank account. She did it! Ms. Eleonora was true to her word when I looked at my bank account, the money was there. It was incredible that I found Ms. Eleonora, a distinctive one to give an excellent resolve. I was very pleased and could not thank her enough: I do not have to return the dash-cam! Thank God because figuring how to return it would be a nightmare."

"I ordered nice line dance shoes and some clothes at "lightonthebox". The clothes were very good, nice fabrics and fit well, but the shoes were far too smal. Coruncanius contacted me and I ordered a bigger size but they were not available. So I should like to exchange them for another model in a larger size, but they were also not available.
Coruncanius (very kind) felt sorry for me and had a great offer for me: I didn't have to return the too small shoes but he should send me the money back.
