"I made an order for £200.00+ and before delivery was made, I was asked to pay a large sum for import tax. I believed the amount was not a reflection on the actual purchase costs and was not I was not aware of this cost.
I contacted customer services via email thinking any procedure would be difficult and not expecting a good outcome. I was advised the next day to pay the incoming tax and a refund would be issued on receipt of invoice.
I did this and on day 3, I was given credit as indicated. On receiving the parcel, I was glad I did not have it returned. Great Service from Yuriy"

"When we received this watch we set it up and found that the watch didnt keep time sometimes as much as 14 minutes in one hour. We contacted Manuela who apologised that the dress did not fit even though it was a Smart watch not dress that we had ordered.
It was then stated that you didnt have any returns notes and we would have to send it back at our cost to you.
I then E mailed your customer service and got a response from Eleonora who sorted a credit for us within 36 hours.
