"My order did not reflect the items oderered and I wanted to return for a full refund. I was offered various discounts to keep items but this was not what I wanted. I was advised to return items to China at my cost and that 50% of shipping costs would be credited to me for future use. This was not acceptable and I spoke to Eleonora, a customer services supervisor who agreed to refund all shipping costs and original purchase cost on photographic evidence of return items being posted. This was provided and refunds issued within 4 working days. Eleonora was great, great communications, very courteous, explained process and did what she agreed to. Great example of customer service."
"I needed fleece lined leggings for a trip and wasn't sure if I'd receive it on time. I was pleasantly surprised when the two stockings ordered arrived quickly and the stockings themselves looked good. My only problem was that I received different sizes and the smaller of the two was tight fitting and a bit short. I raised the problem with LightInTheBox Customer Service and had very prompt reply from Youssef. Youssef offered me options for a quick resolution to the problem. I opted for a partial refund and this was sorted out very quickly. Although the amount was only very small, I was really impressed with his prompt attention and action.
