"Törzsvásárló vagyok. Eddig alig volt olyan vásárlásom, ahol valamit nem kellett reklamálni. Jelenleg is levelezésben vagyok az ügyfélszolgálattal, ahol mindig megpróbálnak lekenyerezni, promócióval árengedménnyel, stb. Nagyon nehezen állnak rá, hogy az általam kifizetett összeget térítsék vissza. Van amikor egy hétig is eltart ez az alkudozás. Az egészben az a kellemetlen, hogy mindig más ügyintéző ír akivel elölről kell a problémát megbeszélni ! Ha valaki elkezd egy ügyet tárgyalni miért nem ő viszi végig ?
Sajnos nagyon sok termék vacak minőségű, vagy a valóság és a web oldalon leközölt képek semmilyen összhangban nincsenek. Pl. a parókáknál a többséget modelleken mutatják be /a hülye is látja, hogy azok nem a megjelölt parókák /. Én csak olyat veszek meg, ami próba fejen is van mert ott lehet látni valójában, hogy milyen. de nagyon cselesek van amikor csak egy képet tesznek fel. Mint pl. a ruhákról is. Így nem lehet megállapítani az igazi fazonját anyagát, stb. Vásárlásaim során sok bosszúság ért már. És itt szeretném szóvá tenni, hogy a szállítási költség többe kerül már, mint maga az áru amit vásárol az ember ! Ez tarthatatlan. Lassan elriasztják ezzel a vevőket. A szállítás is olyan hosszú, hogy sokszor meg is feledkezem arról, hogy mit vásároltam !

for return you have to pay the shipping to China. make sure to read the return conditions.

concernant les vêtements, ils étaient trop grands et la qualité trop fine. pour le retour, lisez bien les conditions, car il faut renvoyer la marchandise à nos frais en Chine.
