"I bought a jacket which was way too small and not what I ordered.
I contacted customer service about returning it and submitted photos showing the incorrect measurements of the jacket. Then I received what seemed like an automatic reply in which I was asked to submit photos of the incorrect measurement (again) and offering a partial refund if I kept the jacket.
I was beginning to lose hope of ever getting a refund but after replying that I had already sent photos and didn't want to keep the jacket, I received an email from Coruncanius, who was extremely courteous and apologised for the inconvenience.
After that, my refund was processed quickly and the matter was resolved in a entirely satisfactory way."
