"I had some issues with returning an item, through several ticket responses I felt like I was going to lose out of pocket. but then was told they would issue a partial refund and was having issues getting in touch with someone again as there was not a phone number to contact anyone. Somehow, I came across to connect with a supervisor and from there I was issued the help I needed this person was very sympathetic and must have read all tickets/ responses had been going through with my ordeal. "Hello. I ordered a jumpsuit on your website weeks ago. When I received it, it was much smaller than how it was listed. Unfortunately, the return/exchange process was not great. First, I had to take photos and use a measuring tape to prove that it was smaller than listed. after doing that, I did receive word from someone from customer service, Coruncanius. She was extremely helpful and handled the problem right away! She was professional and kind. I finally received the item in a different size and it is great, all thanks to Coruncanius!"
